We want you to be completely satisfied with your Percival purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a suitable alternative, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
